Teaching.

Workshops, cohort programmes, and bespoke training for teams developing AI literacy, automation skills, and a sharper sense of what these tools are actually good for.

Approach

I've taught AI, automation, and software engineering across corporate training, executive programmes, and access pathways. At Multiverse I taught software engineering to apprentices for three years before moving into AI instruction, designing and delivering programmes for C-Suite, Directors, and senior leadership teams at some of the largest organisations in the world. I also deliver software engineering training with QA Ltd, practical no-code AI for business professionals at ivee, and web development and AI courses with Code First Girls.

At Multiverse, I delivered AI programmes directly to teams and leaders at Mastercard, Visa, Sky, NHS, Meta, and Direct Line, among many others across finance, media, healthcare, and technology.
Formats
Workshops
Half-day · One-day · Two-day
Most common
Single-session or compressed multi-day workshops, in-person or remote. Best for teams that want a sharp introduction, a focused capability lift, or a structured way to align on what AI means for their work.
Cohort programmes
Six weeks · Small group
Quarterly
Structured cohort learning across six weeks, mixing live sessions, asynchronous practice, and one-to-one feedback. Suited to teams that want to develop a considered practice rather than a quick win.
Bespoke
By engagement
On request
Custom engagements built around a team's specific context, tools, and goals — typically scoping conversations followed by a tailored curriculum delivered over weeks or months.
Topics
  • Claude and large language models — mechanics, capabilities, limits
  • AI tools for knowledge work — research, drafting, synthesis
  • Automation and workflow design — where to put the seams
  • AI literacy for non-technical teams
  • Critical perspectives — what the discourse gets wrong
  • Practical implementation — strategy, sequencing, evaluation
  • Governance and responsible use — policy, risk, accountability
